That's another big bone of contention. I keep accurate and frequent records of all passwords I enter this one and also no good i then click forgotten password and it says it will send an email I did it an hour ago and I'm still waiting

 It looks like you may have become disconnected. I read over the chat with Justin. If the email is still not showing up, it may be a good idea to manually reset the password via PHPMyAdmin instead, that way you can at least get into the site: https://wpengine.com/support/how-do-i-reset-my-wp-admin-password/#database

Brett K Roger that! Regarding why https://alanfharrison.wpengine.com/?page_id=90 is not showing on the home page, the WordPress site is set to show a static page on the home, and that is "Welcome - Front Page". 

To my knowledge, you cannot embed a page on another page, so if you wanted the Blackholes page to show on the home, you can either make that the home page under Appearance > Customize> Homepage Settings in the wp-admin area, or edit the "Welcome" page to include a link to it. 

You can also add the Blackhole page to the menu at https://alanfharrison.wpengine.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php   

ME   still trying to reset my password in order to login -- what you have just written is most interesting but I'd better solve the PW problem -- what do I do when I arrive at https://wpengine.com/support/how-do-i-reset-my-wp-admin-password/# database

Brett K That is just a guide on how to perform the manual password reset, so you should be able to follow the steps there to get the password reset. I can assist with setting one on this end if you would prefer, that is just the manual option.Type a message here...

That's even better thanks.The link is to the chat session. The website sets out all my questions and problems to date. I don't imagine anyone is going to study it.
