Wordpress criteria

1  Needs

1. A website which will be capable of being found by parents within searches relating to the science of space, universe and astronomy. for children.
2. It can be searched.
3. It must have a clickable contents list on most pages  as in Wiki pages.
4. Needs a "more" device so that a few lines of text ends in "more" leading to more text.

6. Need to be able to copy a page from any website so that images and links remain. 
7. Needs a top-page link but I cannot see how to do it as well as all the other items on this page.
8. Links above the stars image on the Home page.  See "Development" here.

2  A common fault within a variety of Home pages

1. Example  Click the Menu button which reveals nothing.  How are the links put in?
2. But, I prefer the Horizontal links I have seen somewhere. Where and how are the links put in?
3. Is this page used and if so, how?
